City of Kerrville, Kerr County to Address Illegal Dumping at Debris Sites
Kerrville, Texas (Sept. 9, 2025) – The City of Kerrville and Kerr County debris removal contractors have noticed an increase in illegal dumping around flood debris piles. Any dumping of household waste and garbage on or around the flood debris piles is considered illegal dumping. Citizens are asked to refrain from dumping trash on these piles, as it will complicate the county-wide flood clean-up efforts.
Please report any illegal dumping on debris piles to the appropriate authorities. Within the city limits of Kerrville, contact the Code Enforcement Office at (830) 258-1514. For illegal dumping in Kerr County, contact the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office through the non-emergency number at (830) 896-1216.
