Register for the 2025 River Trail Cleanup

The City of Kerrville and UGRA are excited to announce the River Trail Cleanup. When people think of Kerrville, one of the first things that comes to mind is the iconic Kerrville River Trail. For years, people have used it to get around town, for exercise, for wildlife photography, and to enjoy our beautiful Guadalupe River. After the July 4th flood, it was closed for public safety reasons and now it is time to take it back and make it beautiful again! We are looking for a group of 200 volunteers who are willing to take on the task of cleaning up the trail and river system from Tranquility Island to Kerrville-Schreiner Park, including the segment from G St. to Schreiner University. Volunteers will be split into six groups that will cover sections along the trail as well as parks, publicly accessible areas along the river adjacent to the trail, and in the river itself.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2025 and will begin at 8:00 AM and run until about 12:00 PM. There are limited slots available, so register today!
