Tourism Working Group
Rebuilding Through Revitalized Tourism
The Kerr Together Tourism Recovery Working Group is a volunteer-based, collaborative working group focused on the recovery, stabilization, and long-term resilience of tourism across Kerr County and Comfort, Texas, collectively branded as the Upper Guadalupe Valley. This group operates as an active, task-oriented collaboration of community stakeholders who contribute time, expertise, and effort toward shared regional tourism recovery goals. It is not a board or governing body, but a working group focused on implementation and outcomes. Our group’s work recognizes tourism as a cornerstone of the region’s economy, identity, and cultural vibrancy.

The Upper Guadalupe Valley initiative is a collaborative, place-based effort to support tourism recovery and long-term resilience after regional disruptions. This effort focuses on reintroducing the region, communicating recovery progress, and promoting local tourism businesses. All efforts are non-commercial and designed to promote the region collectively rather than individual businesses.
