Our Collaborative Network
Partners in Kerr County & Comfort Recovery
The spirit of Kerr County & Comfort resilience is powered by the collaboration between our local leaders, community organizations, and key regional and national Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOADs). This collaborative network is essential for fulfilling our recovery mission and ensuring resources are coordinated efficiently.

3 Steps to Get Started
- Tell us about your capacity: Share your services, coverage area, insurance/licensure (if applicable), and available staff/volunteers. The LTRG integrates partners through working groups and a case/ticket-based system for accountability.
- Align to a working group: We’ll connect you to the appropriate KTLRG committee — Housing & Construction, Business Recovery, Mass Care, Unmet Needs, River, Flood Warning, Emotional & Spiritual Care, Funding Coordination, or Communications & Tourism.
- Onboard for coordinated delivery: We’ll brief you on safety standards, data and reporting, and (if relevant) the warehouse ticketing process that links supplies to verified case IDs.
