The Kerr Together calendar is a vital resource for community engagement and fundraising efforts. If you are organizing a benefit, a fundraiser, a community support meeting, or an official Kerr Together Long-Term Recovery Group (KTLRG) meeting, please use the form below to submit your event for inclusion on our public calendar.
Submission Guidelines
Please provide complete and accurate details. All submissions are reviewed by the Communications Working Group. You can submit:
- Official Meetings: KTLRG Board of Directors, committee updates, informational sessions.
- Fundraisers & Benefits: Concerts, drives, and other campaigns that support recovery funds or services.
- Community Meetings: Town halls, neighborhood updates, and resource briefings.
- Trainings & Workdays: Volunteer trainings, muck-out and rebuild days, and warehouse shifts.
Quality & Safety Notes:
- Use plain language. Avoid acronyms or define them once.
- Include any age restrictions or volunteer requirements (PPE, closed-toe shoes, etc.).
- Do not upload sensitive personal data.
- Kerr Together reserves the right to edit for length, clarity, and style.
Review Process & Timeline
Once your event is submitted, our team will review your event for compliance with our guidelines. Approved events typically appear on the calendar within 5-7 business days. Please ensure your submission is made with ample lead time to ensure maximum promotion.
